Terms of service E-vouchers
Introduction
E-vouchers is a payment company registered in the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom (registration number 13498500) and operating under EMD Agent license number FCA903033, issued by the Financial Conduct Authority.
These terms of service are part of the Agreement between you ("client", "you") and the Company regarding the service of electronic vouchers. By registering in the system, you agree that you understand, accept, and commit to comply with the terms of the public offer, the terms of service of the electronic voucher, the rules for the use of cookies, the privacy policy, the rates, the copyrights, and any changes that will be communicated to you, as well as any other documents that you accept in connection with the terms of service of electronic vouchers (collectively - the "agreement").
The terms of service ("terms") may be changed. Notice of any changes will be posted on the website support@e-vouchers.org .
If you do not respond to the notice of proposed changes or continue to work under the changed conditions, we consider these steps as your acceptance of the new terms of service.

Definitions
- Account - a unique client account on the company website e-vouchers.org.
- Client identification - confirmation of the client's identity in the order established in the system.
- Confirmation code - a unique digital sequence provided to the client by the service operator using SMS message to the phone number specified by the client during registration in the E-vouchers system, to confirm and activate the voucher.
- E-vouchers - a financial payment company PAYINTER LTD.
- KYC Vendor - the international identity verification company Veriff OU, carrying out automatic remote user identification.
- Seller - a legal entity that sells goods and services on the website and allows payments using vouchers as payment.
- Offer - the main user agreement for private clients, the terms of which apply to the customer.
- Voucher - an electronic payment instrument through which it is possible to make a necessary service purchase by non-cash transfer.
- Voucher identification parameters - voucher data sent to the client in a text message: document number - 20 digits and a 6-character password.
- Purchase limit - the annual purchase limit for vouchers for the nominal amount.
- Voucher repayment - online payment for goods/services of the Seller.

Buying a voucher
- The client, having an account in the system, selects the nominal value of the voucher presented on the company's website. Voucher currency: USD, EUR. If the client makes a payment in a currency different from the voucher currency, the currency is automatically converted according to the current system exchange rate when purchasing the voucher.

Expiration period
- The voucher is valid for 720 hours from the time of issuance. The validity period cannot be extended. After the expiration period, the company initiates a refund to the client's details from which the voucher was paid, minus the acquiring service fee.

Voucher repayment
- The nominal value of the voucher is repaid by purchasing goods/services specified by the Company on the Sellers' websites that have a voucher button. No commission is charged when using the voucher as a payment method for purchasing goods/services from the Sellers.

Tariffs
- The fee for purchasing, activating, and processing the voucher is charged according to the company's tariffs indicated in the Client's personal account on the company's website. The commissions for activating and processing the voucher are debited from the Client's voucher nominal value in a non-acceptance manner.

Residual value
- If the used amount is less than the nominal value, the residual value of the voucher(s) cannot be used for future purchases. The voucher validity period also applies to the residual value.

Limits
- The general limit for purchased vouchers is 250 euros at a time and 1,500 euros per year if the client completes full registration and provides the Company with a valid email address and mobile phone number. A client who has completed full registration is not considered an identified person.
- The client can increase the general limit to 10,000 euros per year if he/she provides valid personal documents in their account, such as an identity document and a document confirming the address of residence. These documents must be of good quality, belong to the Client, and be up-to-date (address confirmation - no older than 3 months).
- The client can increase the general limit from 10,000 euros per year by providing, in addition to the documents mentioned in the previous point, a document confirming the source of income and passing remote identification with the KYC Vendor.
- Documents required for verification of identity, address, income, and their requirements are published on the company's website https://e-vouchers.org/docs.
- The client, identified by the documents mentioned in the points above, is considered identified.

Other conditions
- The client can see the history of purchased and redeemed vouchers in their personal account on the Company's website. The voucher is not replaceable in case of loss or theft. Despite the possibility of transfer, the voucher is prohibited from being sold or exchanged among clients.

Voucher activation
- The voucher is activated during the payment for the Seller's goods/services. If the voucher is not activated, contact customer service (24/7 by phone ) or in writing (by email support@e-vouchers.org), providing maximum information, and we will help you resolve the issue.
